Stock Hub is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.
By accessing or using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes — we never store or have access to your plaintext password. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting stock.hub.web@gmail.com.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service in violation of third-party terms; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data sources; or (d) rely on the Service as a source of record for professional or fiduciary trading activity.
The Service depends on third-party data and APIs (see Attribution). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of those third parties, and access may change or stop at any time.
You may optionally connect a brokerage account. Doing so authorizes Stock Hub, through that broker's API, to read your holdings and — where you enable it — to transmit orders you submit. Your relationship for trading, custody, and settlement is with your broker, not with Stock Hub, and is governed by their customer agreement. We never see or store your brokerage password; access tokens are held encrypted and you may disconnect at any time, which revokes our access and removes imported holdings (your local order history is retained as a record). You are responsible for every order you place, including reviewing it before confirming.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Thomas Bowers OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thomas Bowers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

Stock Hub is currently in beta, and every feature is free. No payment method is collected, no subscription is active, and nothing on this page is currently being charged to anyone. The terms below describe how billing will work once the beta ends. We will notify account holders by email before any paid plan begins.
Stock Hub offers a free tier and a paid subscription, StockHub Pro, at $20.00 USD per month. Pro includes the AI features (Portfolio Analyst, Stock Briefings, Market Digest), brokerage account linking, and a higher monthly allowance of AI generations. Current plan contents and limits are listed on the Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, handle, or store your card number, CVC, or other full payment credentials — those go directly to Stripe, and we retain only a customer reference, the subscription status, and the renewal date. Your use of checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms.
A Pro subscription bills monthly in advance, starting on the day you subscribe, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The renewal date is shown on your account page. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
You may cancel at any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — it is not retroactive. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free tier. Your portfolios, watchlists, and other data are retained and remain accessible on the free tier.
Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods during which you did not use the Service. If you believe you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, contact stock.hub.web@gmail.com within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your jurisdiction.
If a renewal charge fails, Stripe will retry over several days and we will email you. Pro access continues during that retry window. If payment ultimately fails, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free tier.
We may change subscription pricing or the contents of a plan. We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect on their subscription, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it.
AI features are subject to a monthly generation allowance that varies by plan, as shown on the Pricing page. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the Service, and may suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent these limits.
During the beta period, paid features are made available at no charge. Beta access is provided as a courtesy, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and does not create an entitlement to free or discounted access after the beta ends.

If you sign in with Google, two short-lived cookies (sh_oauth_google and sh_pending, HttpOnly) exist for a few minutes to secure that sign-in and are then deleted. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage holds non-sensitive UI preferences. Clearing cookies will sign you out.

We retain your account and financial data until you request deletion. To access, correct, or delete your data, or to close your account, contact stock.hub.web@gmail.com.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data (hashed passwords, signed session cookies). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
